100%.  If something was missed and you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send the team back out at our expense to correct the problem.

We also provide business cleaning services. Office cleaning needs vary between an office setting, a hair salon and exercise facility. We will do what needs to be done to keep your business looking great.

Does we provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes we do. We arrive with all cleaning supplies, clean towels and equipment necessary to make your home or office sparkle.

If you’d like us to use your cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know.

Do I have to be home when you clean?

Not at all. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key or insure the home is open so we can clean when they are away.  We will notify you when the cleaning has been completed.  We can also work with a Property Manager or Realtor to gain access if you are moving into out of your home.  If you do have a pet, we ask that you kennel them to insure both our employees and your pets safety.

If you prefer to use a key lock box on your premises, please call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.

What days of the week do we work?

We are available for appointments Monday through Friday.   We do have some appointment times available on Saturday

How we provide an estimate for your service request

We use a checklist of standardized services, with a list of optional services to provide a quote.

Can I leave a note for the team if I’m not home?

Yes.  This may affect the final price if additional services are requested.  We will confirm any changes in pricing before completing the requested work.

How do I make my payment?

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

What if something was missed?

We try very hard to please our clients, but sometimes we do make mistakes. Please call us within 24 hours if something was missed during your cleaning.  We guarantee our services, so we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge.

We welcome all feedback that will help us improve our service to you.

What if I forgot about my appointment or need to reschedule?

We call or text all our clients the day before the scheduled appointment.  We understand things may happen and we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible

Carpet Cleaning Questions:

Why should I have my carpets cleaned?

There are many reasons to have your carpet and upholstery cleaned:

Health- Carpeting and fabrics not cleaned and properly maintained have the potential to cause a variety of health problems inside the home or work place.
Life of your carpet- can be greatly extended by simple routine professional cleaning.
Appearance- maintain the original look and luster of your carpet with regularly scheduled cleanings.

Should I vacuum before the carpet cleaner arrives?

Yes, vacuuming is essential to the longevity of your carpet. You should vacuum your carpet as often as possible.

Do you move furniture?

When necessary we will move and replace small furniture in its original position.

*We will not move musical instruments, grandfather clocks, most beds, full china hutches, full bookshelves, entertainment centers, pool tables…our technicians reserve the right not to move any piece of furniture or household object that they do not feel comfortable with.

Should I move anything?

Yes, you should remove from the areas being cleaned, all knick knacks and breakables.

How long will it take for my carpet or furniture to dry?

The normal drying time is anywhere from 6 to 12 hours. The carpet will only be damp to the touch. Depending on weather conditions, room temperature, air flow, and overall conditions this time can vary. Time can also vary based on how dirty the carpet was and how much we had to go over it.

How long before I can walk on my carpet?

You can walk on your carpet immediately but it is recommended that you limit traffic until completely dry.

Will you remove all my stains?

Unfortunately if anyone tells you yes, they are not telling you the truth. Some spots that can be problematic are: red spots and any brightly colored spots. Furniture and mustard spots can be a problem as well. Rest assured that we have the best spotting agents available and will try to remove each and every spot.

Does your process restore the original feel of my carpet?

Yes, our process leaves your carpet fresh, clean, residue free and soft to the touch.

My carpet is really old, should I replace it?

With the cost of replacing carpet being as expensive as it is today, it is always best to try having the carpet professionally cleaned first. It is far less costly and may make a world of difference.

Can you get the pet odor out of my carpet?

Pet odor is a very common problem. The problem with pet odor is that it can be much deeper than it first appears. Pet urine can easily soak through the backing of the carpet into the padding underneath. In more severe cases the urine can penetrate into the sub-floor beneath the padding. This creates a problem that is multi-layered. The urine also provides for the growth of bacteria. This, in turn, contributes to a worsening of the odor problem and can contribute to permanent color loss of the carpet fiber. To eliminate this problem the urine must be removed or neutralized from each of the layers effected. If the contamination is limited to only the face yarn of the carpet then the cleaning itself may effectively remove the odor. In more severe cases a urine neutralizer may be applied. In the most severe cases, replacement of the carpet padding, treatment of the under-side of the carpet and the sub-floor may be required. Even replacement of the carpet, however, cannot guarantee complete removal of the odor .Left untreated over a period of time pet odor can become absorbed into many of the porous materials in your home. Draperies, sheet rock, upholstered furniture, base-boards, even the concrete foundation are just a few of the materials that can absorb these odors. We offer a range of solutions to help you with your pet odor problems. In the long run, however, it may be more a matter of proper maintenance instead of total elimination. After all, we love our pets and want to keep them a part of our family. Pet ownership adds to the challenge of maintaining a clean and healthy home.
